We are sorry if we got it wrong. Please let us know if our size guides are not accurate or the quality of our product(s) weren't good enough. We are always trying to improve. The more information we have about the product(s) you wish to return, the better we can be in the future.
All items of clothing must be in an unused, unwashed, clean condition, and free from makeup, body odour, deodorant, perfume etc. All packaging and labels the item(s) arrived with must be present for us to issue a refund.
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your items and you will need to provide proof of purchase along with the item(s) you send back to us. If you wish to email sian@pistolandsoda.co.uk about any problems please do so, and we will do our best to help.
When returning your items, you will need to pay for the postage costs.
When we receive your returns package, we will check over the item(s) you have sent and issue you a refund. You will not receive a refund for the initial postage costs, just the product(s). Please allow up to 10 working days from the date we receive your return for your refund to be processed. Please contact us if you do not receive your refund in this time frame. You may need to also contact your bank at this stage.
We do not accept returns on sale items.
